A 5-time James Beard Foundation award winner, Solomonov shares Israel’s extraordinarily diverse and vibrant culinary landscape through this 16-episode series. He introduces viewers to celebrated Tel Aviv-based chef Asaf Doktor and baker Uri Scheft, reveals the roots and bounty of Israeli breakfast, and chats about the vibrant markets in the country with cookbook author Adeena Sussman.
