- 4 eggs
- Kosher salt
- Aleppo pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and cover the bot for 8 minutes. Drain and peel the eggs under cold running water. While still warm, slice each egg in half and sprinkle with salt and Aleppo pepper.
