Ingredients
- 4 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
 - 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
 - 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
 - 1 cup chopped Napa cabbage
 - 1 red onion, minced
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Juice of 2 lemons
 - 1 tablespoon kosher salt
 - 1 cup chopped fresh dill

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Taste and add more salt as needed.
