Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube (or ½ teaspoon sugar)
- 6 mint leaves
- 1½ ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce Lemon Verbena Syrup (see below)
- ¾ ounce water

Step 1
Muddle the sugar cube with the mint in the bottom of a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously and pour into a highball glass.
